Original design by Etienne Ruffieux
Etienne Ruffieux has worked for high-luxury brands such as Zenith, Pamigiani, and Gucci. This is a tourbillon designed by him for AGELOCER.
AGELOCER take modern architecture as inspiration for our watch design and create a floating castle between our wrists. Remove the traditional dial to allow the wearer to clearly see the light and shadow produced by the hollowed-out skeleton of the movement, expressing an unprecedented architectural design aesthetics.
Ceramic Bezel
The processing of ceramics is more difficult than that of ordinary metals, and the processing cost is higher. That's why ceramics can't become the mainstream material for watch cases. The weight of ceramics is half that of stainless steel, which can reduce the burden on the wrist. Ceramics have the properties of abrasion resistance, high scratch resistance, high biochemical inertness, low allergenicity, environmental friendliness and non-magnetism.
This is a newly upgraded
Free-sprung flying tourbillon
Different from traditional movements, the free-sprung eliminates the balance-spring speed regulator clamp, avoiding the problem of increased error caused by the displacement or loosening of the hairspring speed regulator clamp. On the other hand, the free-sprung has higher requirements for material performance and processing precision, which greatly improves the watch's ability to maintain long-term working accuracy and makes the watch more accurate and stable.
